Domestic exchanges and store credits are FREE. We will arrange a prepaid postage label for your returning item and then ship your replacement free of charge. We do not cover the return postage for international orders or item/s returning for a refund.DOMESTIC ORDERS
Orders placed within Australia, full-priced, that are unworn, have not been altered, and have a hygiene sticker attached, can be exchanged or returned. A return request must be submitted and the return received by our warehouse within 30 days of purchase date.INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For orders placed outside Australia, full-priced, unworn, have not been altered, and have a hygiene sticker attached, can be returned, but not exchanged. A return request must be submitted within 40 days of purchase date. If you wish to exchange, please return your initial order for a refund and place a new order through our online store.HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?

We will respond with an approval email and further directions. Please make sure your returning item is in brand-new condition, unworn and unwashed, with the hygiene sticker attached. Otherwise, we reserve the right to decline your return.FINAL SALE
Sale items are can only be exchanged or returned for store credit. Sale items are not eligible for refunds. Gift Cards are final sale and are non-refundable.FLASH SALE/PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
Items purchased during a flash sale or promotion are eligible for exchange or store credit only. No refunds.WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?
All of our products are handmade with care and go through a strict quality control process, however, in the VERY unlikely event of a faulty item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a full refund or credit note.CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
If your order is cancelled prior to shipping we will immediately refund your account. However, if your item has already shipped then you will need to arrange a return for a refund (excluding postage).MISSING RETURNS
Okay Pretty is not liable for your returns. If your item does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the exchange/refund so it is recommend to use a tracked method for safe delivery.
