Returns/Exchanges

OKAY PRETTY is dedicated to all of our pretty customers.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase,

you can return it for a full refund,

exchange or credit note,

the choice is yours.

 

ARE RETURNS FREE?
EXCHANGE and CREDIT NOTES are FREE, we will refund your item and postage costs on receipt of the returned item. Unfortunately, we do not cover the return postage of REFUND item/s unless they are faulty.

HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?
Step 1 : Notify us of your intent to return/exchange at izzy@okaypretty.com
Step 2 : Wait for our approval email before sending.
Step 3 : Send your item/s to our returns address:
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within the next business day and send you email confirmation. 
Note: make sure items are in their original condition otherwise your return may not be accepted.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?
All of our products are handmade with care and go through a strict quality control process, however, in the VERY unlikely event of a faulty item, please contact us at izzy@okaypretty.com as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement.
If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a full refund or credit note.
 
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
If your order is cancelled before we have shipped your item you will receive a full refund within the next business day.
However, If the item has been shipped, you will have to return the item for a full refund (excluding postage).
 
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All items must be returned to us within 21 days of delivery and must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with swim bag.
International customers, only send your items back to us if you are within the 21 day period. Otherwise, we reserve the right to decline your return.
Please note, we do not cover return shipping costs on international orders (although, we are working on it). Please ensure your return package is prepaid and insured, for your protection, in case of loss or damage.
Please follow the care instructions on the label to prolong the life of your garment as we cannot fix colour fading, burring or pulling, lack of elasticity, fabric deterioration, colour running or any other symptoms of normal wear and tear. 
Sales/Discounts
By signing up to our mailing list, you will receive discount codes and promotions from time to time, however, any orders made prior to a sale are not negotiable for a percentage of a refund once a sale commences.
Missing Returns
If your return package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the exchange/refund so it is recommended to use a tracked method for safe delivery.
